Life is too short and stressful to add pressure and anxiety to something that happens multiple times a day.  

I help people improve their health through realistic nutrition habits and routines. I see my clients' lives improve in their energy level, exercise ability and endurance, improved biomarkers such as blood glucose levels, triglycerides, blood pressure, lower rates of anxiety around food choices, improved gut health and all around less stress with food.
